An Appeal From the Past President 

On behalf of the Executive Board of India Association of Western Washington (IAWW), I take this opportunity to extend greetings to all Indo-American families in the region. This year's enthusiastic board is already making plans for the year's various activities: Republic Day, Images of India, India Day, Camp Bharat, Diwali as well as various Youth Board and Senior Board events. We are seeking your input: what do you want to see in our programs?

   The new board is also actively trying to increase the IAWW membership. IAWW wants to serve all the 20,000 plus Indo-American families in the greater Seattle area. Please become a member of IAWW and help us to serve you. As a member, we offer you opportunities to participate in many Indian social and cultural events. Your renewed/new membership provides you with special privileges such as discounts to IAWW events, the IAWW newsletter Samachar, and more importantly, make you a part of the IAWW family.

 Together, the Youth Board, Executive Board and Senior Board events serve all age groups and interests. The main goal of IAWW is to bring a bit of India to your lives here in America. Your membership helps the IAWW to grow and provide a firm foundation for the organization. We look forward to your renewal and active participation in the coming years.
