The camp is filled on a first come first basis but we do hold a specific number of spots for our Youth Program members (those on our Youth Board and our Youth Council) as well as children of our Board members.
Please note that we will be sending you all the forms (May 13th - Registration Form with medical info, Medical Waiver, Camp Rules) that you are REQUIRED to PRINT, FILL and SIGN and bring to us for registration on May 19th . These forms can also are made available on our website for you to download, print and sign. We will not be providing any forms for you to fill and sign at the venue.
Once you are at the venue, please stay in the line and wait for your turn to check your membership status, submit your registration form, camp fee, medical waiver and camp rules document at the respective table. You can check your member status on our website as the list is updated daily. Those who have registered after the May 5th deadline should still register their child as we do have a wait list where their child is placed and we do accept wait listers at times.
Please also note that you are required to bring either a check or cash (no credit cards accepted) to pay the camp fee of $400/camper or $375/camper if there is more than one child registering from an individual family (this does not apply to cousins). IAWW believes in providing opportunity to all hence if you need assistance in paying either partially or the full amount then please email us at ypdirectors@iaww.org so we can support and assist you.
MEET YOUR COUNSELOR DAY - This is also an opportunity for our campers and their families to meet members of our Youth Board who will be there to answer questions, provide information on the camp as well as the Youth Program. We bring you back a little history from years back when this program was still evolving and campers enjoyed playing with their future counselors at camp while their parents registered them at camp. While this is not an outdoor event, our Youth counselors will be there to entertain, inform and introduce themselves to those families and campers who would like to meet them.
Please note that registration for Camp Bharat 2013 is open to children 9 years and above (a camper has to be 9 years old by August 31st of 2013).
Preference is given to families who have membership with IAWW.
Also, we urge to bring your membership receipt with you in order to speed up your registration
IAWW membership term is for one year starting from Jan to Dec.
