Camp Bharat will be held from August 13th through August 17th, 2008 at Fort Worden near Port Townsend. In order to attend the camp, the campers should be in good health and should be between the ages of 9 to 17. The camp registration will start at 8 am PST on Thursday, June 12th and go on till 5pm PST on June 30th, 2008. Please check your e-mail and the IAWW website for recent announcements on Camp Bharat registration.

 

In order to register for the camp, YOU MUST BE A CURRENT MEMBER OF IAWW. You can check if you are a current member by going to www.iaww.org and following the link at the bottom of the page (http://www.iaww.org/main/2008%20IAWW%20Members.pdf) and searching for your name. If you are not a member, please download the latest membership form, fill it out and mail it to IAWW with your check. The CUTOFF DATE FOR MEMBERSHIP IS MAY 30th, 2008. Your membership applications and checks should be postmarked on or before May 30th. ONLY IAWW MEMBERS WHO ARE CURRENT BY THE CUTOFF DATE CAN REGISTER THEIR CHILDREN FOR CAMP BHARAT. Like last year, you will be able to register online for Camp Bharat. Camp Bharat registration requires a password and you can only get the password if you are current IAWW member. Between June 1st and June 10th, please send mail to registration@iaww.org so that you can be issued a unique password which you can use when the registration officially opens. Please note that the registration fee for EACH CAMPER is $300 payable only by credit card.
